Milan Malpensa to Tirana in Economy class

"Overall service was very good, my flight was on time, buy on board was good, I also managed to check- in online on their website from my mobile phone. Cabin crew were very nice and helpful."

Lviv to Naples in Economy class

"Terrible, terrible, terrible... These are the words could describe this airline. If you want to ruin your trip book Ernest! Than you will be sleeping in airport without getting any info for next flight. Than you will desperately looking for another flight to your destination and never gonna get any compensation from EA! Run away from Ernest!!!!!!!!!"

Lviv to Venice in Economy class

"Worst airlines ever, booked flight for me and my wife from Lviv to Venice. Flight to Venice was canceled week before date, so no chances to plan the trip. After filing for refund i didn't receive any reply. To this day i didn't receive my money back so basically they just rob me. Please don't use this airlines."

Dublin to Verona in Economy class

"Truly dreadful experience. Booked flights through TUI - their customer service is only slightly less worse than Ernest - unknowingly for this airline. No information prior to arriving in Dublin airport, TUI washed their hands of all customers, apparently they only consider those who book accommodation and flights as customers. Having paid a premium to fly in the afternoon we ended up in a local hotel where we were picked up at 4.30 am the next morning to be dropped back to the airport for news of the third delay of our flight. As others have commented no reply to request for compensation, so as yet they have not advised that birdstrike was an issue. I will never book with either TUI or Ernest again."

TRN to MXP in Economy class

"Worst airlines i have booked with, flight Milan-Tirana cancelled 15 days before and have never been advised. On the way back 9 hours delays for the Tirana-Milan, had to book a flight with Alitalia to go back home and was not offered a solution. After a complain done online have not received the refund of my ticket and compensation after 2 month. The customer care never reply to emails, and the reservation department just ask people to wait....."

Belfast to Verona in Economy class

"The worst airline I have ever traveled with. Never again. I would not recommend this airline to anyone but would strongly advise to find alternatives. No customer care,unexplained lengthy delays, no offer of meals or refreshments and no prospect of compensation after 9 hour delay. Treatment of passengers could not have been worse. Avoid!"

Belfast to Verona in Economy class

"I have to agree with previous correspondents. DO NOT fly with this airline. Flight delay of almost 9 hours! No explanation until day of departure 7 days later and a request to have any complaints in writing with them within 10 days of the delay! No offer of refreshments during delay or on plane when it did eventually depart! Another hour to wait for luggage on eventual arrival! Excuse given after 7 days "birdstrike" to avoid compensation payout! The worst travel experience ever and zero customer care! Very unsatisfied customer."

"Listen everyone. Do not use this airline. They are terrible. They change flight times and say its a birdstrike so you cant claim under EU261. Delay flight compensation - eight hours late, no food, no details, unbelievble! Never, never ever fly with these airline."

Lviv to Naples in Economy class

"Worst airlines I have ever seen. Had a flight from Lviv to Naples on June 24, it was cancelled, no customer service, no responds and no refunds. I usually fly 20-25 times a year.....This airline does need to be allowed to exist...."
